The scenario follows BluePeak after its acquisition of Northstar, where 25 new employees need to be onboarded quickly. Using Joule Work, SAP SuccessFactors, Joule Studio, Agent Hub, and integrated partner technologies, the HR team can coordinate onboarding across HR, IT, facilities, and procurement from one workspace. When laptop availability becomes a risk, a developer extends the HR assistant in Joule Studio using intent-based development, with governance, authorizations, and business context inherited by design.
