At SAP Connect 2026, SAP shows how Joule Work brings business AI into the flow of work. The keynote explains why impressive AI is not enough for enterprise use cases: AI must be accurate, governed, and connected to how the business actually runs. With Joule Work, SAP users can work in natural language while Joule routes requests to the right agents and helps get work done across SAP and non-SAP data.
The conversation introduces the three pillars of Joule Work: conversations, spaces, and Joule Studio. Conversations let users ask questions and delegate tasks. Spaces help visualize content, analyze business performance, and support team collaboration. Joule Studio lets teams extend SAP agents with n8n or build their own agents tailored to business needs.
The keynote also explains how Joule uses SAP Knowledge Graph and deep business context to understand processes, data, rules, APIs, and SAP process knowledge. The demo shows how Joule can support executive workflows, such as preparing for an earnings call by bringing together internal financial data, external analyst information, KPI dashboards, anticipated questions, and market messaging. It closes with Joule Work’s open agent-to-agent gateway, which allows Joule to connect with other AI systems while still delivering governed SAP answers.
