Check-out these exciting new features from our August 2024 release.
First, we follow Sophia, a sourcing manager, as she explores this new feature allowing buyers to negotiate with suppliers during a guided sourcing project. They can define contract terms and conditions using a baseline contract and then negotiate with selected suppliers. Buyers can create or update a baseline contract from the guided sourcing interface or using open APIs. They can also create supplier contracts and suppliers can review the terms and conditions before submitting their bid response.
Next, we walk through the integration between SAP Ariba Category Management and SAP Ariba Supplier Risk, enabling category managers to assess supplier risk levels to make informed strategy decisions.
Finally, we see how you can now attach a variety of file types, add links, and preview attachments for strategy and plan documents in the Develop Strategy and Plan app. The same applies to the Company Policies and Laws and Regulations cards in the Manage Category Profile app. This provides additional context and can significantly improve attachment management and utilization.
