“Everybody wants to have a [better] look at their processes,” KAISER Group Chief Digital Officer Andreas Vehreschild said on Winning Insights. “We use SAP Signavio for identifying all of our processes — we use it like a flashlight.”
Having all the facts and figures at their fingertips enables KAISER leaders make fact-based decisions, according to Vehreschild. Full visibility into all of its processes will also help KAISER prepare for a smooth migration to SAP S/4HANA.
