Game-day decisions can’t wait days. See how the San Francisco 49ers use SAP’s Executive Huddle to turn stadium data into near real-time action, helping teams react faster and improve the fan experience across the venue.

Before Executive Huddle, the 49ers sometimes waited 2–3 days after a game to get post-game survey insights. With only a limited number of chances each season to engage fans, they needed results faster, plus a way to bring key information sources together so leaders could create action items quickly.

Executive Huddle is SAP’s venue-management software built on SAP technology. It streams game-day data through SAP Datasphere and visualizes it in SAP Analytics Cloud, pulling from 10 unique sources (including ticketing, concessions, retail, and more) so teams can see what’s happening across the stadium in near real time.

Since introducing Executive Huddle, the 49ers cite a 43% increase in game-day fan satisfaction and, since 2019, a 35% increase in full-building concessions per capita.
